These terms apply to your use of the Path2Deal app and its services. By logging in you agree to them.

Who can use Path2Deal

Path2Deal is a business app. Accounts are created by an organisation (your employer or business); you can log in only with a mobile number that your organisation has added. You must be 18 or older.

Your account

• Keep your phone and login secure. You are responsible for actions taken with your account.
• Your organisation can add, change or deactivate your account and can see the data you record for it.

Acceptable use

• Enter only accurate business information, and only about customers who expect to hear from your organisation.
• Do not misuse the service, try to access other organisations' data, or interfere with its operation.

Your data

Data you enter belongs to your organisation. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability

We work to keep Path2Deal available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is". Saves are kept on your phone until they sync, so avoid uninstalling the app or logging out while changes are pending.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms and will show the new effective date above. You can stop using Path2Deal at any time; to delete your account or data, email help@path2deal.com.
