Path2Deal Privacy Policy

Path2Deal is a field-sales app used by businesses to plan customer visits, record notes and take orders. This policy explains what data the app collects, why, and the choices you have.
Data we collect

| Your mobile number | To log you in with a one-time password (via Firebase Authentication). |
| Customer details you enter (names, phone numbers, land size, notes, orders, schedules) | To provide the app's features to your organisation. |
| Precise location, only while the app is open | To save where a customer is, sort customers by distance and record where a visit or order happened. The app does not track location in the background. |
| Photos you choose | To show customer and product photos. |
| Voice notes | Speech is converted to text by your phone's speech service; Path2Deal stores only the text, never audio. |
| App usage (screens opened, actions such as order created) and crash reports | To understand how the app is used and fix crashes and freezes (Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics). These carry an internal user id, never your phone number or name. No advertising id is collected. |
How we use and share data
- Data is used only to run the app for your organisation and to improve its stability.
- We do not sell data and do not show ads.
- Data is processed by our service providers: our hosting provider (application server and database) and Google Firebase (login, analytics, crash reports), under their own privacy terms.
- Your organisation's data is visible only to users of that organisation.
Security and storage
All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted (HTTPS). Data you save offline stays on your phone until it is synced, and is removed from the phone when you log out.
Retention and deletion
Data is kept while your organisation uses Path2Deal. To delete your account or your organisation's data, email zonesoftech@gmail.com; we will complete the request within 30 days.
Children
Path2Deal is a business app for adults and is not directed at children.
Changes
We will update this page when the policy changes and show the new effective date above.
